Cà Verde not only means a different method to grow plants and raise animals, in order to obtain products without residues of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, but also, if not above, a "practice" supported by the desire to not result in adverse impacts on 'environment and, therefore, the desire to "escape" to the pollution of water, soil and air. Organic farming, which focuses on the activity of Ca Verde, aims mainly to the reuse of organic matter. Soil fertility, therefore, is safeguarded by means of organic fertilizers and non-chemical fertilizers, defense without the use of pesticides and herbicides.
Among the slopes of Monte Baldo overlooking Lake Garda and the Lessini Mountains, the land on which it stands is undoubtedly very beautiful and generous, the relationship between people and the earth, animals and the environment, is in harmonious balance. At Cà Verde, authentic love for nature and its products is combined then with the experience of over thirty years of work. The animals are then fed with organic products, without using techniques of forcing the growth or breeding industrial management methods.
