The brewery Borgo al Cornio is a young company based in Prato, specializing in top-fermented, high-quality production of beer, brewed by selecting the best raw materials and constantly following the production process materials. All our beers are raw or are not filtered nor pasteurized, making the product extremely genuine.
The choice of 0.33 and 0.75 liter format demonstrates the desire of the brewery to be present at every opportunity, either alone or in company, working with distributions and highly professional and experienced representatives who operate throughout Italy, widely and professionally serving the end customer .
Our beers are not pasteurized, because we believe that subjecting to heat treatment a product as complex and fragile aromatic point of view it means compromising irreversibly freshness and organoleptic quality. Our beers are naturally fermented in the bottle by adding a source of sugar at bottling that after a period of time (varies depending on the beers) at a controlled temperature, triggers a second fermentation in the bottle that naturally develops carbon dioxide.
