We have, in the period from October to January, the downstream fish (extensive farming) certified organic.
Sea bream, sea bass, mullet and eels, bred in large portions of the Venice lagoon, features "Valleys", with ancient and absolutely natural methods, while respecting the environment, with a very low population density, leaving the fish grow in a cycle absolutely natural, with only the government of the waters and control of environmental parameters. The fish of Val Dogà, Caposile (Venice) feeding in complete independence, natural and certified organic.
The downstream fish is an excellent product of the Venice lagoon.
"Ittica 3v", has been working with the Val Dogà, providing various purchasing groups and conducted Slow food.
