Cesena is built in between the badlands of Sogliano the Rubicon lands a small family company that produces cereal on an area of about 4 hectares. Soprattuttto ancient grains without the use of pesticides and with the technique of chopping. The cereal brought to the mill of the area that grinds especially ancient grains, stone local and organic and cylinders transforms our grains in unrefined flour that we use together with our yeast to form bread dough that leavens long on wooden boards as one time.
