In the heart of Emilia's Po Valley, where one of the products principles of the table is Parmigiano Reggiano, our company wanted to diversify their production.
In addition to the transfer of a part of our milk to the dairy The Chapel of San Possidonio for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano, in fact, we produce fresh and aged cheeses of different types in our small farm dairy (yogurt, mozzarella, gorgonzola, taleggio cheese, cottage cheese, soft cheese , brie, scamorza ...). For these our productions, for some years, in addition to cattle Friesian breed buffaloes also to donate to our unique products.
Our company, since birth, has focused on the sustainability of its productions embracing the biological: that in addition to a type of agriculture is for us a real lifestyle. Over the years we have always tried to improve the welfare of our animals, and we have tried to reduce the impact of agricultural processes on the territory and the environment, for example by planting hedges along various organizational boundaries with local plants of great importance for wildlife, for useful insects to agriculture and ultimately also for the values of our land, the place where until a few years ago stood the famous Bosco della Saliceta, with the intent to transmit to future generations the love of the earth and nature.
