Folicello is the name of our organic and biodynamic farm that the naturalness of its products has staked everything, with sincere passion for authenticity and for the environment. The refusal of chemicals, both in cultivation and in winemaking, implies a repertoire of alternative strategies that recovers the one hand the traditional methods, on the other hand uses the good steps of the research that has provided natural products and innovative techniques.
The characteristics of the organic farmer is therefore a rigorous professionalism and loving care for its products. During these years of passions are born different projects, some already implemented, as our Grape Juice with important nutritional values, our wines without sulfites including the first sparkling white Pignoletto without sulfites and other yet to be realized.

Have you ever felt the smell, the taste, the warmth of the Emilian countryside enveloped by the first fog?
Have you ever enjoyed the explosion of colors and scents of the harvest?
And 'so it began our adventure: our choice of life is dictated, in fact, the desire to discover and share the great value of a wine production Organic, Biodynamic Today, high-quality with our customers, all lived' beginning as a bet, now around this we have built our company.
We are Antonella and Marco, he has about 40 years, for the most part lived in the countryside, learning to appreciate the value and discovering what it offers, especially in terms of quality of life; we have two daughters, aged 16 and Federica Irene 12 years too proud to live in contact with nature.
Our company, called FOLICELLO, covers 10 hectares, in the province of Modena, in a typical flat area for the production of Lambrusco and sparkling white wines in all designation of origin.
We started as a joke at the beginning of the 80s, with the intent of producing a healthy glass of wine for us and some of our friends, today our company is equipped with a new wine cellar, small but efficient, where the grapes vinified in our vineyards and a laboratory where we produce jams and other grape products, all organic.
Our passion is to produce in a healthy and natural way, without preservatives and chemicals and respect the land, only feeding it with organic fertilizers to restore the substances that generously gives to the harvest; the vineyards are so organic and biodynamic cultivation controlled and are surrounded by hedges and trees that create a natural environment.
They've created a learning path "from the cultivation of the vine to the wine in transformation" dedicated to all schools and to those people who want to listen to our experiences and have respect for nature. Together we can harvest, pressing grapes, observe the fermentation of must and, more interesting still, taste the wines, grape juice (non-alcoholic) and jams with homemade bread.
