After years of neglect, the Mafia liberated lands are organically grown by the young people of the social cooperative "Placido Rizzotto" that gets a high protein wheat and great for the production of pasta.
The old pasta factory in Corleone (1840), the wheat, a symbol of the young, met the wisdom of pasta masters who, faithful to the tradition, working the dough by hand, the trafilano bronze and left to dry at low temperatures for a long time (more than 40 hours), to bring to the table a unique product for taste and nutritional characteristics.
Pasta Libera Terra is available in packs of 500 g in the following formats: Rings of Sicily, Fusilli, Maglie Sicilian, Penne Rigate, Homemade, Rigatoni, Reginelle and Spaghetti.
