Gabriele Vivarelli, alias Peter Bread, is a land surveyor and lives in Tuscany in brilliant attempt to self-sufficiency and barter. Expert in a sourdough bread and natural pastry, cares about the traditional bread and therefore selects ancient grains and ground stone and transforms them with sourdough in saporose and fragrant loaves. With grace and ease, he teaches the ancient art of making bread, making it accessible to all and marrying with the local food philosophy.
