The X ° Boattino was born in 2007, by a "header", which took me from the university to the campaign, what it once was, extensive, certified ORGANIC, as were making my teachers, my grandfather and my mother.
The company has an area of 4.60 hectares of which 1.5 has a stable grass (for hay of donkeys and goats), 1 ha of mixed fruit (there's everything from apricots and peaches to plums , apples and pears, medlar, quince, always choosing old varieties), the rest is garden (summer and winter with all that, we can grow, according to the climate and soils).
In addition to vegetables and fruit in season, I propose some processed, always made with my products and little else; it is jams (fruit or green tomatoes are always BIO and very little sugar cane) and wine (merlot and cabernet, without any addition).
