It all starts in Camporbiano in 1988, when it begins to take shape the aspiration that we cultivated for years in the heart: be sure of the genuineness of the foods we eat and that we have made available to others, posing as fine harmony with ourselves and with nature it is born so: Poggio di Camporbiano.
Since the beginning, our cultivation method of biodynamic agriculture is kept here, which makes use of natural products and prepared for fertilization, for the protection of plants and animal care, adopt crop rotation and has as objective l ' increase the vitality of the soil.
Gradually, over the years, in Camporbiano it grows the number of cows and goats and multiply types of cheese products. The small vegetable garden always extends more, the first fields are complemented by other, meadows and green manure alternate in their variety cereals. In recent years the reality around us has developed spontaneously not driven by purely commercial interest, but based on the exercise of our consciousness, according to the principles that the very first step we have set.
