When Maurice and Anna decide to join and start their activity by detecting a small bakery with bread oven in Dovadola (fc).
And 'then that in trying to give their most natural products possible and genuine customers, their production acquires a strong tendency towards the biological world (the company is now certified qc & i). The working of the bread and of all the baked products is made by hand without the use of machinery or freezers in order to ensure so fresh and healthy products.
Among the bakery products stands out the bread without yeast-rising 24 hours, made with organic flour milled spelled in stone, kamut, wheat senator hats, brown, and brown seeds, this long and complex process ensures greater digestibility of the bread.
The baker also produces a special flatbread cooked directly on the oven plate and delicious cookies with spelled flour or kamut and many other specialties.
The resale of the oven is located in Dovadola in Piazza Vittoria 2
