We are a family of fruit growers for several generations, and we have over 17 years of experience in the field of organic farming.
Our fertile clay soils of the hills of Montepulciano, in the Sienese territory and the mild climate with many sunny days, allow us to produce high quality organic fruit.
Our customers (stores of organic farms, organic stores and supermarkets in Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio) appreciate both the excellent quality, the wide range of old and new varieties of apples.
It's been five years since we also produce apple juice, focusing immediately on a delicate transformation to keep as much as possible the taste of the apple. In fact, we can produce a 100% apple juice with no added sugar, flavorings, preservatives, concentrates or water.
Our apple vinegar is a product of choice for discerning palates: is left in its natural state and is not diluted. A unique ingredient: fresh dessert apples from our orchards. Thanks to a natural fermentation that vinegar takes on a full taste and an unmistakable aroma.
The last of our creations is the apple cider, a drink of authentic genuineness, palatable, sweet, slightly fizzy, low-alcohol, fruity flavor reminiscent of the fruit from which it is derived.
