Il miele millefiori è uno dei mieli più conosciuti per i suoi benefici legati sia ai malanni invernali, visto la forte presenza di minerali e antiossidanti, che come dolcificante naturale. Questo miele è frutto di diverse varietà di fiori della macchia tipica siciliana, tra cui sulla, cardo, aneto e fioriture spontanee. Viene estratto a freddo e non è soggetto a pastorizzazione. Colore: giallo tendente al marrone Proprietà: ricco di minerali e antiossidanti, è un antibatterico naturale Sapore: delicato, dolce, poco intenso Consigli d'uso: dolcificante per infusi, tè e tisane. Ottimo con formaggi stagionati e/o leggermente piccanti.

Nel miele Millefiori del Montefeltro è racchiusa tutta la complessità e la varietà floreale di questo territorio. I mieli che le nostre api raccolgono nei diversi apiari sono una fotografia dell’ambiente d’origine che a noi piace mantenere separate proprio per dare la possibilità, a chi degusta, di fare un viaggio visivo e gustativo in questo territorio. Ognuno si presenta con il suo colore biondo, ambrato, e il suo sapore e aroma del floreale, amaro, caramellato o di sottobosco. Sono mieli liquidi dapprima, ma che tendono a cristallizzare qualche mese dopo la raccolta. Da provare in abbinamento con il gelato e i formaggi stagionati.
