These products are prepared using fresh, ripe tomatoes grown organically in the province of Piacenza in Italy by a friend farm of us which is totally organic and biodynamic.
All tomatoes are carefully selected from the beginning to guarantee the very best quality. As the production areas are next to the manufacturing plant, the product is washed, cut, strained and pasteurized within four hours from picking as to preserve as much as possible of the quality, freshness and flavour of the tomato only just reaped.
All Girolomoni® tomato-based products are an excellent accompaniment for Girolomoni® pasta.

La qualità del pomodorino utilizzato per questa salsa è il "pizzutello siccagno", coltivato nelle colline Trapanesi, in Sicilia. La salsa di pomodorino siccagno, grazie all'olio EVO e al basilico fresco è piacevole, aromatica e gustosa. Pronta all'uso, non necessita di essere condita è ideale per i tuoi primi o impreziosire i tuoi sughi.
Ingredienti: Pomodoro pizzutello siciliano (97%), olio extra vergine di oliva, sale, basilico fresco, pepe, zucchero.
Processo di lavorazione: Il pomodorino pizzutello viene raccolto a mano, lavato e bollito. Finita la bollitura si procede alla scolatura del pomodoro dall’acqua e viene separato il sugo dalle spoglie. Il sugo viene condito con olio Evo, basilico, sale e pepe e portato a bollitura in un grosso pentolone, infine, viene imbottigliato e pastorizzato.
Peso netto: 330 grammi
Tempi e modalità di conservazione:
36 mesi dalla data di produzione. Conservare in luogo e fresco, lontano da fonti di calore. Una volta aperto, tenere in frigo e consumare entro 4/5 giorni.
