Produced exclusively with our Sicilian almonds from natural and sustainable agriculture, without the use of chemicals. Non GMO. HOW TO PREPARE THE SICILIAN GRANITA: PUT THE ALMOND PASTE AND THE WATER IN A CONTAINER (RECOMMENDED DOSES, 500 ML OF WATER FOR THE 200 GRAMS ALMOND PASTE OR 1250 ML OF WATER FOR THE 500 GRAMS ALMOND PASTE), MIXED AND STORE IN THE FREEZER FOR 6 HOURS. MIX FROM TIME TO TIME DURING CRYSTALLIZATION. TAKE THE CONTAINER OUT OF THE FREEZER A FEW MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. Advice: You can add sugar, milk or spices to taste (For example cinnamon). Description
Gli irresistibili dolci di mandorla della tradizione siciliana arricchiti dal gusto inconfondibile del Pistacchio. Biologici e naturalmente senza glutine e lattosio. Le paste di mandorla sono dolcetti tipici della pasticceria siciliana dal cuore morbido e profumato. Per preparare questi dolci utilizziamo ingredienti biologici di altissima qualità lavorati artigianalmente, come vuole la tradizione. Grazie allo zucchero di canna del commercio equo-solidale, le nostre paste di mandorla sono perfettamente equilibrate nella loro dolcezza (e non smetteresti più di mangiarle...). In questa versione il gusto raffinato e intenso della mandorla si combina con la dolcezza e il profumo e al sapore del pistacchio Sono ideali per accompagnare il caffè, da gustare a fine pasto o con il tè di metà pomeriggio. Per preservarne al meglio l'aroma e la consistenza, i dolcetti sono imbustati singolarmente.
