Per soddisfare le esigenze dei nostri clienti abbiamo inserito, nella nostra gamma di prodotti a marchio Girolomoni®, alcuni prodotti ottenuti dalla lavorazione di pomodori freschi e maturi, coltivati, con metodo biologico, nella provincia di Piacenza da un'azienda nostra amica a totale conduzione biologica e biodinamica.
Tutti i pomodori sono fin dall'inizio sottoposti ad accurata selezione che ne garantisce un'ottima qualità. Essendo le zone di produzione vicine al luogo di lavorazione, entro 4 ore dalla raccolta il prodotto viene lavato, tagliato, passato e infine pastorizzato, sí da lasciare inalterate qualità, freschezza e sapore del pomodoro appena raccolto.
Tutti i prodotti Girolomoni® a base di pomodoro sono ottimi da utilizzare per il condimento della pasta Girolomoni®.
Description
È la passata di pomodoro classica, da cui vengono eliminati semi e bucce con un procedimento di filtrazione meccanica, poi concentrata e pastorizzata. La consistenza rimane comunque densa. Ottima per pasta, pizza, sughi e condimenti.
