Our aziendaLa our farm called The Oasis of Vecchi Sapori is located in the Romagna hills of Civitella to an altitude of 600 m above sea level. It has an area of about 100 ha, rich in pastures and fodder.
From the 50 cattle we breed Romagna breed purity which remain grazing from April until November. Cattle feeding consists of fodder and cereal of the same company and cereal flakes bio certified by Grey New Mill of Assisi (PG).
Since 1998 this farm is certified organic by the IMC control of Senigallia (AN) .In the same company we also sows Mora Romagnola breed purity, resulting in more fatten pigs from breeds Duroc and Large White also powered with the flaked cereals the same mill which give the meat a particular sapore.Sono company also present in 4 mares horse including three Haflinger horses and Maremma.
Slaughter takes place in our slaughterhouse within the company, then half-carcasses are matured in special cold rooms for two or three weeks, this ancient process, no longer in use, it is essential to leak to the meat and to allow the rupture of muscle fibers so as to make it more tender.
After this maturation is done the cutting and packaging according to ricevute.I reservations our meats are produced with fine cuts of pork, processed and cured all 'inside of our company in special seasoning cells without preservatives or dyes and gluten-free .
II our product is sold both to private individuals only in the store in via Farneti No. 24 of Civitella di Romagna, or delivered to your home with a special refrigerated truck.
We stress that our high quality products that we are born, grow, are slaughtered, processed, packaged, delivered by our company to avoid contamination with other meats.
