"In Pasta" it is a pasta factory in the center of Lucca.
Are produced daily different types of fresh pasta: egg, simple, long, short, stuffed ... mixing organic flour and special flour (spelled flour, chestnut flour, chickpea flour ...).
Together with the pasta sauces and condiments are prepared following the principle of authenticity and respect for the seasonal vegetables and ingredients.
For all preparations the raw materials used are the most organic as possible or at least from small production companies of the territory, in which the employment relationship cosituisce especially a collaboration based on mutual trust.
"In Pasta" it is also proposed as "refreshment" for the consumption of pasta dishes cooked on the spot and as a "space" open to accommodate meetings, seminars, workshops and events in general conducive to dialogue and the meeting ..
