The farm Podere Lesignano covers an overall area of 23 hectares divided into three separate lots: in 7 hectares of Lesignano cultivate vines, olives and vegetables. Here is the company's administrative headquarters, a bakery with a wood oven, the shop, tasting room and the petting zoo.
In 5 hectares of the farm San Michele breed cows Alpine Brown Swiss milk which give an ideal high quality milk for cheese production. The animals are kept outdoors in open spaces and fed with natural products. Also in San Michele, the dairy farm where we transform the milked milk cheese, using traditional recipes ranging but also towards international preparations. We breed also rabbits, chickens, geese and pigs.
The 11 hectares of I Saudelli are located within the natural park of Montegiardino, here we grow Frassineto, an ancient variety of wheat by the exceptional nutritional and organoleptic qualities. The Frassineto is grown according to organic farming principles: the stone-ground flour, natural yeast and baking in a wood oven makes our bread a unique product.
The family Valentini has long been the owner of a small winery in the center of Borgo Maggiore. The old winery overlooks Piazza Grande has returned to life as the center of our sparkling classic method sparkling wine. During the events becomes the scene of wine tasting and sale of our products.
