Birra di colore ramato intenso, schiuma moderata color avorio, aspetto limpido, velatura appena percettibile. Intensità olfattiva molto marcata, netta prevalenza di aroma erbaceo, floreale, fruttato in particolare pompelmo, mandarino, frutti tropicali. Finale resinoso e leggermente balsamico. Corpo strutturato, gusto marcatamente maltato e caramellato gradevolmente bilanciato dall'intenso amaro dei luppoli. persistenza retro olfattiva molto lunga con presenza amaricata secca, pulita e piacevole. Accostamenti consigliati: l'elevata luppolatura consente di sostenere sapori molto decisi, sapidi sia speziati che piccanti.
